Black Bean Hummus Dip

​1 C Black Beans (1 15 oz can or 1 cup cooked)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp Olive oil
1 tbsp tahini
2 garlic cloves
¼ tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Sambal Oelek chili paste
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Directions:

Drain can of  black beans or fresh black beans.  Put all ingredients in Vitamix blender and blend until smooth
Serve on Gluten free Chips or you can buy Savory spinach gluten free wraps, cut into triangles and toast in the oven until brown on the edges.  Black bean hummus can also be served with corn chip and salsa.
